1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You may access most areas of this site without registration. However, some features may require you to register.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. We recommend that you review them periodically, as they are binding once you use the website.
2. PLACING ORDERS
2.1 Orders are placed through our online payment system. Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
2.2 An order is considered accepted when we change the status to pending and send a dispatch confirmation.
2.3 Processing orders with cutting or styling service: If you select a customization service (base cut and/or haircut), processing may take between 24 and 72 hours before shipping.
2.4 Reasons why an order may not be accepted:
• Product not available.
• Problems with payment authorization.
• Errors in the description or price of the product.
• Not meeting the eligibility criteria of these terms.
Important: Orders with express shipping must be placed before 4:30 PM (Eastern Time) to be processed the same day.
3. PRICES
3.1 Additional costs for packaging, shipping and insurance will be specified in the website pricing structure.
3.2 Prices may be updated periodically without prior notice.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Important note: ALL HAIR SYSTEMS ARE DELIVERED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (CURLY PACKED).
We recommend that you inspect the product carefully before cutting, modifying or discarding the packaging. If the hair system has been altered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4.1 Orders for Hair Prostheses in Stock
• You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your unused hair system for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
• A restocking fee of $15 or more per unit will be applied if the item is not returned in its original condition.
• Returns are not accepted if the order includes customization services (base cutting or styling).
4.2 Clearance or Final Sale Items
• There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on products marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
• All additional services such as base trimming, coloring or styling are final sale and have no warranty.
4.3 Custom Orders
• Cancellations, returns or refunds are not accepted on custom orders.
• If a modification is requested within 10 days due to a manufacturing error, Real Hair Express will cover the correction and shipping costs.
• If the customer makes a mistake in selecting features such as color, base or style, he/she will be required to cover the modification costs (minimum $55).
4.4 Hair Extensions
• Returns accepted within 2 weeks in original condition.
• After 2 weeks, a credit of 80% of the value will be granted for future purchases.
• Returns are not accepted after 3 months of purchase.
4.5 Care Products and Accessories
• All supplies and accessories are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
5. COPYRIGHT AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
5.1 You may print or download information from the website for your personal use only, without modifying it or removing any copyright notices.
5.2 It is not permitted to reproduce, store or redistribute content from the website without prior written permission.
5.3 We reserve the right to revoke your access to the site if misuse is detected.
